This series will have a Cancer Prevention & Survival Focus and is designed for those with any of these issues, their friends, family, and anyone wanting to learn about 'PREVENTION as the best medicine.'  

FFL students will learn to identify which foods bolster one’s immune system and those that do not… and WHY and HOW this is. While debunking nutritional myths, the class will focus on navigating the pop culture to enjoy a most vibrant, healthy Quality of Life. Noticeable side effects: weight loss and joyful living.
